Return Policy
• The wearer has 45 days to return undamaged products for credit.
Both hearing aids and the charger must be included for a valid
return.
• The return is valid for 135 days from the date of sale to the patient,
inclusive of the 45 days for patient return.
• Sony OTC hearing aids must be returned to the seller from which
they were purchased.

Warranty
• Sony OTC hearing aids have a 1-year warranty that includes repair,
but does not include loss and damages.
